I. STEM Pathways for Girls: An inspiring monthly program dedicated for girls in 5th-8th grade. The program kicks off with an inspiring one-day conference for 200 girls, formerly known as Expanding your Horizons, usually on a Saturday in October/November. The conference is followed by 6 monthly in-depth workshops led by women in STEM. |
II. Julia Robinson Mathematics Festivals: Internationally recognized festivals held at Santa Fe Community College, Northern New Mexico College, and more recently virtually. Middle school-aged boys and girls come together to explore thought-provoking mathematics in a social and cooperative atmosphere. | ![]() |

III. STEM Scaffold Santa Fe @ Capital High School: A weekly project-based near-peer mentorship program serving Capital High School AVID students. STEM Scaffold Santa Fe is a Collaborative Working Group, part of Opportunity Santa Fe. |
IV. STEM Day Camps: Our Summer 2020 camps are virtual! A variety of subjects offered for students in 5th – 12th grade meeting daily with instructors via Zoom: 3D design, Solar Sun Tracker, App Development, Puzzle Solvers, and DNA Detectives camps. Stay tuned for 2021 Spring Break Camps. | ![]() |

V. Advocating for STEAM programs through collaborations, outreach and partnerships. Mentoring and supporting STEM teams/clubs in STEM competitions: Congressional App Challenge, NM Electric Car Challenge, RoboRAVE, and Mathcounts. |
